About me.
Hi. I’m Cece and I love to travel the world! My travel journey started when I was young, traveling with my grandparents on road trips. We wandered through Memphis, Nashville, Chicago, and even the quiet stretches of Iowa. I didn’t realize it then, but each stop carved a tiny mark on my heart. I remember visiting places such as Elvis’ mansion and attending Al Green’s church, wide-eyed, imagining the life that once filled those rooms. And then there was Beale Street—vibrant, loud, unapologetically alive. One night, a small crowd gathered around a young blues band playing outside. The lead singer couldn’t have been more than nine, just a little younger than me, yet when he opened his mouth, a voice came out that carried generations. I was amazed at his powerful, soulful voice! My grandfather, Papa, loved blues music! This Nashville-Memphis trip not only jumpstarted my love for traveling, but blues music, as well.
As an adult, I kept chasing that feeling—curiosity mixed with awe. I started by exploring the U.S. and hopping between Caribbean islands, soaking in sun, saltwater, and culture. Eventually, I stepped beyond the familiar and into international travel… and I was hooked instantly. Since then, I’ve wandered across six continents, experiencing different cultures, food, music and scenery, and sharing my experiences with others!
